Samuel F. Rossa, President and CEO

Mr. Rossa has more than 21 years of experience in supporting engineering and information technology requirements for the nation's largest corporations. He has worked for a variety of prominent companies including Lockheed, Northrop Grumman, Siemens Westinghouse Power Corp., United Technologies and IBM to name a few. Mr. Rossa has been a member of the Cerberus Capital portfolio operations group since 2003 and has served as President and CEO of Corvest since October 2007. Mr. Rossa is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

An accomplished corporate strategist and large program executor, Mr. Rossa's vision and expertise in workforce solutions have notable enterprise results in the retail, power generation, aerospace and general consumer goods sectors. This vision has now extended to the promotional products industry where his technical background has allowed for a Corvest competitive advantage.

A process-minded approach to all aspects of the order/warehouse/decorating/shipping functions supports Corvest's mantra of speed, quality and ease of use. Mr. Rossa's solutions and IT background has already produced benefits for Corvest's systems consolidations, website enhancements, electronic data exchange interfaces and web-based inventory view capabilities, making Corvest the go-to for promotional products.

Clara Davis, Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration

As Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, Ms. Davis provides leadership to safeguard the company’s strong financial health and to continuously improve services in support of the company’s mission and goals. Ms. Davis is responsible for the management of overall financial affairs and oversees the finance, purchasing, human resources, treasury and legal departments at Corvest. Her prior professional background includes nearly a decade with Tandem Staffing, where she most recently served as Vice President of Finance and Administration.

Ms. Davis has over 15 years of experience in the finance/accounting field working in private and public companies. Ms. Davis earned both her MBA and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University.

Dave Vasquez, Vice President of Operations

Responsible for planning and directing all aspects of operational policies and initiatives, Mr. Vasquez has held the title of Vice President of Operations at Corvest since December 2007. Mr. Vasquez's prior professional background includes serving 14 years as Vice President of Regional Operations for Harland Clarke, where he led the regional division through comprehensive re-engineering, work design and process improvement efforts. He also served nearly ten years in the United States Navy as a naval flight officer. Mr. Vasquez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of South Florida and his MGA in Financial Management from the University of Maryland.

Jim Kelley, Vice President of Customer Service

Mr. Kelley has worked at Corvest since January 1996, starting in a field sales position for Adva-Lite. He has quickly moved up the ranks, being promoted in 2002 to National Accounts Manager/Director of Inside Sales and to VP of Sales for Adva-Lite in March 2005. Mr. Kelley has held his current position as Vice President of Customer Service since 2007. Prior to joining Adva-Lite, Mr. Kelley worked at Borden Inc., as National Sales Planning Manager in the Consumer Products division from 1993 to 1996 and at Pillsbury Company from 1986 to 1993 where he served as Sales Manager, Account Executive, Regional Sales Planner, Retail Supervisor and finally as Regional Business Manager. Mr. Kelley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University.

Catherine Pilgrim, Vice President of Sales

Ms. Pilgrim has over 15 years of experience in the promotional products industry in both sales and custom product development. As Vice President of Sales at Corvest, Ms. Pilgrim oversees both multi-line and junior field sales representatives. Prior to working for Corvest, Ms. Pilgrim worked at Norwood Promotional Products as Vice President of Special Markets and at Leed's Promotional Products as Manager of their custom division. Her career began at World Wide Art Studios with a position in sales. Ms. Pilgrim has been with Corvest since 2005.

Kirk Russell, Vice President of Sales

In charge of factory representatives, Mr. Russell has served as Vice President of Sales for Corvest since 2007.

Mark Holland, Vice President of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Holland oversees Corvest's marketing and creative services team which is responsible for advertising and promotion, catalog and website development, tradeshow management, sales tools and corporate communications for Corvest. Mr. Holland has nearly a decade of experience in the promotional products industry and has worked in the marketing field for over 15 years. Originally hired as Corvest's Director of Marketing in 2005, Mr. Holland was quickly promoted to the position of Vice President of Marketing in 2006. Mr. Holland has held positions in the marketing field for a variety of companies including Bisk Education, Impact Advertising, Ad Image (where he first caught the promotional products bug) and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. Mr. Holland earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from Florida State University.

Beth Fox, Vice President of Product Development

As Vice President of Product Development, Ms. Fox is responsible for overseeing the product development, category management and assortment plan for Corvest's subsidiaries. Prior to working at Corvest, Ms. Fox spent four years at Norwood Promotional Products, most recently serving as Senior Marketing Manger responsible for product development, inventory management and marketing. She received further experience at the University of Texas Co-Op, where she held the title of Vice President of Merchandising and Marketing. Ms. Fox began her career in direct mail and has since worked in a variety of product development, inventory management and merchandising roles. Ms. Fox earned a Bachelor degree in Communication from Weber State University.

Frank Silbert, Director of Quality Control

Mr. Silbert has worked for Corvest since 1995, holding a variety of positions including Quality Assurance Inspector, Printing/Packing Supervisor and Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Supervisor for Adva-Lite. Mr. Silbert has developed and implemented all quality inspection procedures for receiving, manufacturing and decorating at Corvest. Prior to joining the Corvest team, Mr. Silbert worked for nearly twenty years in production and quality assurance at The Hibbert Group in Trenton, New Jersey. Mr. Silbert holds a Bachelor of Science in Printing Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

David Lindsay, Director of Business Intelligence

As Director of Business Intelligence at Corvest, Mr. Lindsay is responsible for creating the intelligence that comes from Corvest's compiled data, resulting in more efficient operations and expedited order fulfillment. Mr. Lindsay is also responsible for overseeing the business intelligence solutions team and for managing IT projects. Prior to working for Corvest, Mr. Lindsay held a variety of positions at AGI/USA Fabrication, Stayfast, Inc., Contour Industries Incorporated and Commercial Insulating Glass Company and King Louie International, where he gained a decade of experience in the promotional products industry. Mr. Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Tennessee Technological University.
